Even if the Dr. Siegels cookies are not following the deliciousness pattern, they are more than pleasant for your taste buds and the most important thing, they will help you control your weight. As the producer states, the cookies are neither magical nor extremely delicious, even if they taste good. Why’s that? Because everything that’s delicious will make you fat.

What are Dr. Siegels cookies?

This cookie diet was invented in 1975 by Dr. Siegels himself. Apparently, he runs the one and only medical practice in which these cookies are being made. Some voices are saying that Dr. Siegels is the only owner of the secret recipe and he bakes every stack of cookies himself, in his own bakery.

Even though we don’t know the exact recipe (because it’s secret), we know that these cookies contain some special proteins with some very interesting properties. The most notable one, is the appetite curbing effect. This was from start, a very revolutionary approach of all existing diets, mostly because it “treats” the hunger causes and it helps you loosing weight in the same time. More than that, a regular diet bases on abstinence, but not this one. Dr. Siegels diet encourages you to eat the cookies whenever you’re hungry.

Of course, some restrictions apply but with the help of the cookies, you will keep your hunger at a tolerable level and you’ll be able to get comfortably through the day, with a decent calorie intake.

However, the cookies are not nutrient sufficient and the dieter might experience some serious losses of energy during the day.
