Borsch Diet

 

The healthiest diet:

This is a one week diet and you lose 11 lbs.
While on this diet, you must not drink alcohol, lemonade or any carbonated drinks and do not eat bread.
You can only drink tea, coffee, natural fruit juice, fat-free milk and mineral water. But for better result it is recommended only mineral water.
It is strongly restricted everything fried in butter.
If you want some meat, you can only eat chicken and fish without skin.

Every day you should eat borsch. The more borsch you eat, the more slimmer you will become. But you must not eat any type of borsch. It is strongly recommended the borsch prepared only this way (see below)

How to prepare borsch:

Take 6 onions, 2-3 tomatoes, 1 big cabbage, 2 Bulgarian peppers and some herbs. Cut them in small pieces and put in a boiler, pour in some water to cover all ingredients and wait until it boils. After it is boiled, you can add some bouillon cubes and steel wait until all vegetable boils.
You can add some salt or spicy pepper if you want.

 

Diet Schedule:

Day 1:  Eat some borsch and fruits, except banana, watermelon and melon. Drink some tea, or mineral water.

Day 2:  Eat some borsch and fresh vegetables, except beans, peas and corns. In the evening you can eat some potatoes baked in margarine.

Day 3:  Eat some borsch, some fruits and vegetables except potatoes.
At the end of the day you should already have some results, 4 – 6 lbs should be gone already.

Day 4:  Eat some borsch, 3 bananas, drink some fat-free milk and mineral water.
Banana and milk contain carbohydrate, proteins and calcium that are important for your organism to decrease in appetite and not to eat sweets.

Day 5:  Eat some borsch, 500 g chicken or fish, 5-6 tomatoes and 6-8 glasses of mineral water.

Day 6:  Eat some borsch, chicken or fish and vegetables as much as you can.

Day 7:  Eat some borsch, brown rice, fruits and vegetables.
At the end of the day 11 – 17 lbs should be gone from your body.

 

If you lose weight between 13 – 15 lbs, you should take a rest from the diet during one week and then you can still have a diet.

 

You can repeat this diet as many times as you want until you achieve your goals.
