This diet is one of the best ways to lose weight in a week.

You can have coffee and tea (without milk and sugar) without any restriction.

You can eat soup if hungry, also without any restriction.

Bread is forbidden

Meat and Vegetables should be prepared without salt.

While eating meat, during the day (5-6 days) it is required to drink at least 8 glasses of water (0.5 gallon) to drive out fats from your  body.

Preparing “Wonder-Soup”

  • 3 large onions
  • Tomato paste 1 large dose
  • 1 small cabbage
  • 2  pepper peperoni
  • 1 package of celery (not bulb only leaves)
  • 3-4 yellow carrots
  • 1 table spoon of vegetable broth (no fats)
    You may wish to add the soy sauce.

Slice down vegetables and boil in water for one hour.

If hungry, you can eat soup as much as you want, it does not contain any calories, and the more you eat, the faster you lose weight

 

Day 1

All fruits (except banana) as much as you want. Best of them is melon. Also eat “Wander-Soup”

Day 2

All kinds of vegetables, fresh or boiled, as much as you want (without all the fats and cheese)
Forbidden: Horse Beans, corn and beans.

Day 3

Fruit and vegetables (excluding potatoes and bananas)

 

Day 4

Banana and milk. You can have 8 pieces of banana and drink 8 glasses of milk

Day 5

Beef and tomatoes. (You can have up to 8 pieces of tomatoes and 10 oz. of boiled beef. (+0.5 gallons of water)

Day 6

Boiled beef and vegetables (excluding potatoes), meat and vegetables are unlimited, but the vegetables should be boiled. (+0.5 gallons of water)

Day 7

Brown rice, vegetables and fruit, vegetable juices (without sugar)

 

Diet is very useful and effective. You will see the results yourself in one week.
